With only days remaining in their trip, who should roll into the restaurant Pizzoteca in Montecatini Terme but Super Mario on his very own frame with Shimano Dura-Ace Di2, Lightweight wheels and a couple of U23 development riders in tow.

"He always drinks two bottles of iced-tea" the waiter Claudio explained.
