Dissolve 1 tablet in 500 to 750 ml water – according to your taste and you will have the ideal drink whenever you want to stay hydrated without carbs and calories.

Directions : Dissolve 1 tablet in 500 ml to 750 ml {according to taste}. Max. 4 tablets per day. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep away from children.
